The home was last renovated in 2013, so the pictures you are seeing are from that year. It has since gotten a new stove, which is not pictured here. The rent for this home is $1,250 to take the home "as-is", which means we would not be coming in to do any additional painting or updating before your move-in in early October. "As-is" is simply from an aesthetic standpoint. Maintenance will always be available for general work orders, such as a fridge that isn't cooling, a toilet that is running, etc. If you would like the home to have some further renovations done, which would include a complete repainting of all the interior walls, brand new kitchen cabinets, updated appliances, and updated lighting fixtures, the price of the home would be $1,500 per month. We were anticipating making these changes and charging $1,500 for rent, but we are also willing to keep the rent lower if someone would like to take the home without the upgrades! These renovations would take roughly a month or less, so if you would like them to be done, the move in timeframe would be the first week of November. Floorplan attached! Stripwood floors are already installed. There is also a fenced back yard with patio! Your first two pets are free at Dozier! Additional pets are $25 per month. Applications are $40 per person, and security deposit equal to the amount of your monthly rent is required to hold the home. Good credit / rental history / employment is a must!
