Accepts Section 8 Vouchers Only. Thank you for your interest in our properties. We require the properties to be walked through before applying for them. We do not rent sight unseen. In order to view the property, you would need to come by our office to checkout the key and do a self tour. We are located at 1451 Elm Hill Pike, Suite 165, Nashville TN 37210 (Courtyard Entrance-Back of Bldg). When you come, you will need a $20.00 CASH (No cards or Checks) deposit for the key checkout and a photo ID. You will be given back the $20.00 when you return the key as long as it's within the 2 hour allotted check out time. Our hours are M-F 8:30am to 5:00pm, we close for lunch from 12pm to 1pm. You cannot check out a key past 3:00pm. *All Keys must be returned back within two hours of check out time (depending on location) *
