Floors in both bathrooms redone with saltillo and talavera tile. Kitchen and island completely redone with talavera tile. Tile work is all custom work and beautifully crafted. New (October 2019) top of the line Trane heating and cooling; converted to gas heat; this new system is very efficient and effective, and it includes Trane electronic filter.
