Is it at least 1 years worth of history? 5. Can you supply supporting documents for all sources of income? 6. Are you currently in open bankruptcy? 7. Do you smoke, chew tobacco or vape? 8. Do you have a pet? An investigation will be made into your credit, criminal, public records, rental and employment background. A report will be compiled, and a recommendation made by an independent screening agency. Falsification of an application is grounds for immediate denial. We do not accept other screening reports. The charge per application is $46.00 payable directly to the screening company. All tenants over the age of 18 years old are required to undergo screening.
