The high vaulted ceiling of the living area immediately gives you a light and airy feeling as you make yourself at home in this open plan space. The layout allows interaction between the lounge room, dining area and kitchen, making it the perfect house for entertaining. The freshly tiled fireplace presents a mounted TV - with all streaming services for your enjoyment - as you sit back and relax on the stylish blue mid century sofa or orange arm chair with stool. The dining area's funky white tulip table and matching chairs present the perfect place to enjoy meals indoors, or opt for the casual vibe of the breakfast bar and its four bright orange counter stools. The bright, warm colors continue into the fully stocked and equipped kitchen with its striking yellow backsplash and direct access to the back yard, making outdoor dining a breeze. The generous backyard features another dining area that seats 8, plus a gas fire pit for this chilly desert nights of star gazing, as well as a grill for cooking up a storm. For daytimes, there are 6 sun lounges upon which you can work on your tan, enjoying the sunshine while taking in the panoramic mountain views before dipping into the large heated pool or spa. Spa heat is included free however during the Winter if guests wish to have the pool heated they must notify us in advance and a $40/day pool heat fee will be required upon check in.
