This apartment is fully furnished now but can be provided to you unfurnished. Its a Sublet - My lease can be ended by July 2020 but you choose to stay longer -it can be extended with management. The rental price I am offering is less that management now. I can take off $300 for now since I would like to rent it ASAP. Can rent 1 or 2 adults who will need a background check and will be added to the lease. Tenant pays for utilities and amenities
