Please close all windows and lock all doors when leaving. Also, close the screen doors when entering or exiting, as they may allow animals or bugs to enter if left open. Please clean up dishes after use or place them in the dishwasher to prevent possible ant infestations. The washer and dryer are in the basement for your use. Please use one detergent pod in the washer for a regular load and 2 detergent pods for an XLarge load. If washing bedding, please use the bedding mode. Please turn off the AC units and fans when leaving. Please be respectful of the home and enjoy it! The home must be in the same shape when the lease is complete.
