The house comes with a beautiful back yard area with gravel patio, grill, large mature yard with organic raised garden beds, fruit trees, raspberries, maple trees, chaise lounge chairs and more. The double French doors open out onto the patio for indoor outdoor living in summer. There is a large very solid storage shed, implement shed and wood shed that come with the house, so plenty of extra storage. The house is heated with a gas furnace and wood burning stove. The gas furnace heats the house alone, but fires in the fireplace are a delight in the winter. Large European style bathroom with skylight, beautiful soaking tub and hand held shower. Cozy sleeping loft is reached by an old ship ladder. Three windows in the loft provide lots of fresh air. Vaulted ceilings create a spacious environment. If you use a daybed for a sofa it doubles as a guest bed for visitors. Plenty of off street parking. There is separate house in the front of the property inhabited by another local artist and his wife, however privacy is easily maintained in your own space, and it is very convenient to have neighbors to look after the property if you are out of town etc. Laundry is shared on the property. Utilities are also shared. Wifi internet is only $25 per month ($50 total) and locked in for a lifetime rate so you ll never pay more unless you want to upgrade. Tenant also pays for a portion of water, electric and garbage. Owner pays for the sewer. This house has been photographed many times and the photos are taken from various shoots over the last 10 years.
