It's furnished with a dishwasher, in-sink disposer, fridge and washer and dryer. The master bedroom is about 15' x 15' with a walk-in closet and master bath. The 2nd bedroom is about 15' x 12'. There is a 2nd bathroom attached to the hallway. The remaining rooms are the kitchen, dining area, family room, and a 3rd bedroom built into the garage. Both the master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom have carpet. The rest of the house has tile or wood flooring. The back porch is about 22x15 and looks out on a large, fenced-in back yard. Perfect for kids and dogs! The pictures here are a little outdated. We are painting and doing minor renovations on the house to make it as cozy for your as it has been for us. Expect new pictures soon! We are asking for first and last months rent and a refundable deposit on move-in. There is an additional non-refundable pet deposit, depending on size and number of pets.
