Looking for a professional roommate to share townhouse. I am the owner of one of the townhouses in back of Cheesecake near Columbia mall. I'm looking to rent out one of the bedrooms to another renter. Electricity bill will be split evenly between current roommate, water and wifi included. Currently one of the rooms is occupied. You will share the townhouse with that person and a few times over the year I fly into town for work or vacation. All common space of the townhouse is available to you. (Kitchen, living room, dining room, Den). Mainly townhouse will be shared with you and current occupant. Background check and good credit will be needed and required to rent. No exceptions. We are looking for a good fit for both you and current occupant so an interview will be conducted with potential renter/occupant/and me the owner. 1 occupant per room. Requirements! No smokers/vapors! No pets! No illegal drug users! No heavy drinkers! What's included - shared 2700 sq ft townhouse 3 bedrooms with loft and office. Fully furnished bedroom on ground floor or 3rd floor your choice. - off street parking no assigned parking - quiet gated community - walking distance to mall and restaurants and entertainment. - all utilities included with wifi and access to Netflix/ Disney plus/ Amazon prime TV/ HBO SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY First month's rent and security deposit of equal amount due before move in 6 months and 1 years lease available. References required (including employer and or previous roommate, etc) One year lease. Application fee will cover the background check and credit check. Will need rental history and work and personal references. The monthly includes everything except the electricity which will be split evenly with current tenant monthly to be paid to tenant. No smoking inside the house. Cleaning crew comes monthly to clean entire house this is a courtesy paid by landlord.
