THIS IS FOR ONE BEDROOM IN A 3 BEDROOM HOUSE. The pictures show that it's empty, however the other two roommates have some furnishings. We are two young professionals working in Boulder, and we are looking for somebody similar. We would prefer no undergrads. You would be sharing a full bathroom with one other roommate. The house has updated finishes, wood trim and wood floors, solid wood doors, remodeled bathroom, glass range, LOTS OF SPACE. Two car garage, A/C is going to be installed this summer, crawlspace with ample storage, 2 living roooms, stackable washer/dryer, updated windows and cordless cellular blinds, dishwasher, large fenced in back yard. The back yard butts up against a path that connects with Boulder Creek! One of us is in the process of adopting a dog, and the owners limit pets to 1 maximum, so unfortunately we cannot accept more furry friends, sorry! We are very easy going and down to earth. We are 420 friendly, however no tobacco. We are fairly quiet and do not throw parties, although the occasional get together is welcome. Communally, we like watching movies and shows together, playing video games, listening to vinyl, tossing some frisbee, riding bikes, hiking, or going out for some food or drinks. We would love for somebody to also be friendly, but also sometimes we are so busy that we might not talk for a week. The start date is 8/1. THERE MAY BE FLEXIBILITY TO MOVE IN EARLIER DEPENDING ON THE ROOMMATE WHO IS LEAVING. You will have to pay your portion of security deposit, which is $1185. Utilities are split between us. We are responsible for lawn care, and we have plenty of tools, and ideally you can lend a hand. You will be required to fill out an application with the landlord. Tenants pay all utilities including water/sewer, gas/electric, trash and internet/cable, split between us. Lease is for one year.
