This house is located in a nice neighborhood on the East side of Truckee. Although Truckee is a forest town, this house is not remote/secluded/out in the woods. This is NOT the house for loud groups. I have another house that is out in the woods and has never had a single complaint for noise. This house has vaulted wood ceilings and hardwood floors. There is a huge backyard with small hills for sleding. Recently renovated, it has new appliances and updated appearance. Only 5 Miles from Northstar at Tahoe, you can actually see the slopes from the backyard. Biking and horseback riding in the summer. For the kids, we have a play room, tree fort, and a 'ground' fort. Please note: there are recent changes in laws in Truckee that make it absolutely imperative that you contact homeowners before booking.
