THE SPACE - First master suite with king bed + ensuite bathroom - Second master suite with 1 queen and 1 twin bed + ensuite bathroom - Fully equipped kitchen for basic meal prep: air fryer, microwave, kettle, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, cooking and serving-ware - Dining space: 1 round table with 4 chairs and 1 kid high chair - Main living area: 1 table and 2 chairs (has enough space for an extra queen air bed upon request) - Laundry: washer and dryer in the unit for convenience (detergent, iron, and hangers provided) - Balcony: 1 table and 2 chairs - Pools, hot tubs, gyms, tennis/pickleball courts, playgrounds, outdoor picnic and barbeque grill (pickleball set available for rent) - Free parking - Fast Wi-fi GUEST ACCESS During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit and complimentary access to community amenities. Guests have access to the full unit: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the living area, dining area, kitchen, and balcony. Additionally, there are 4 outdoor swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, 2 gyms, 2 kids' playgrounds, outdoor barbeque grills, and picnic tables scattered throughout the apartment complex. There is a community lounge room in the main office. This unit comes with a maximum of 2 free parking spaces, not assigned, first come first serve. An additional parking space can be provided with a $25 fee. Guests will have to provide plate numbers to register with the apartment complex. Failure to do so will result in towing on the guest's responsibility. P.S. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hairdryer, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. All reservations get 6 towel sets (1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel per set) and one set of linens per bed. Extra linens/blankets or towels are available for an additional fee. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. 3) Management and cleaning are not responsible for lost and found items. 4) Quiet hours for the community are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily. No exceptions. 5) These properties are strictly non-smoking allowed. Marijuana is not permitted in our community. Pets are also not permitted.
