Also, you don t have to walk through the woods or along a busy street to get to the metro. There is a bus route in front of building as well for short commutes. Just off the beltway and close to I-270 so you have easy access to highways if you drive. There are several entrances to the compound not just one, so traffic in and out isn't so bad at 7:30 in the morning. Comfortable: Top floor end unit in a quiet building. Open living area, cathedral ceilings, feels much more spacious than units with 8 ft. ceilings. There are only 2 units per floor so you get back and front views. Morning sun comes in the bedrooms and evening sun comes in the living dining area. Great cross breeze if you open all the windows weather permitting. Since it is on the top floor the balcony is in the trees. Feels more like a home than a typical hallway style apartment. It's really nice to live there. Great compound: Park like setting with pools and tennis courts, open space, in the trees. Decent amount of parking - you can register 2 cars and there is room for guests. Laundry in the basement and the laundry generally doesn't interfere with others in the building as there are only 8 units, so it isn t crowded. Storage bin in basement as well. Grosvenor has a great convenience store for groceries and basic items. Giant and CVS are about 2 miles away. Bethesda and Rockville have a lot of restaurants and shopping. Costs: $1,750 per month, rent includes utilities. $175 move-in fee payable to the management. 1-month security deposit required.
