The rooms I already rented have taken up what little parking was available Tenant is responsible for electric, cable & wi-fi since this is a commercial property you set up cable/wi-fi through Spectrum business, electric usually runs $120 per month, water is included in the rent, do to the hurricanes there is no parking available, If you have a bike or walking would be idea for this room
