    Awesome location, I am only leaving due to having moved from the area. LOCATION: UNIVERSITY HILL: -5 Min: Starbucks, Walgreens, the hill restaurants/bars, theatre, and 7/11, corner store, and multiple in town public transport bus stops -10 Min: University Memorial centre (the Union), The Student Recreation Center, and pretty much anywhere on the west part of campus -15 Min: Grocery Store and all the Pearl Street Mall bars, restaurants, and stores APARTMENT STUFF! -Appliances are all pretty new and work great, -Dishwasher -Gas Stove, -and of course a refrigerator. -Washer And Dryer in unit (Front load HE types) This is a 2 bedroom house, but that's 2 independent apartments, you are in unit 1(A) and the other is in Unit 2 (B). All tile floor makes it super easy to clean and sweep! YARD: -Is a mulch yard, almost no effort needed. -Just keep the sidewalk swept, and snow free, and yard garbage free PARKING: -On Street is always an option -You share a driveway with 1022 (The unit behind 1020) I used the front half, the 1022 uses the back half (I kinda have a picture for you) UTILITIES -Easy to heat, its cheap to heat too, I was never cold, and I could never hear the wind outside -There is NO CENTRAL A/C, but that's par for the course in Boulder, I used the ceiling fan and a floor fan and never got hot over the summer HEATING: Is a wall based gas unit, it is very VERY efficient PETS: -The tenets before me had a small dog, the one before them a cat. The current UNIT B tenet has a small dog TOURING: -I moved already, but I took a bunch of photos, I uploaded as many as Zillow would allow, I also took some snazzy videos! -I will facilitate you to talk to the landlord, I wanna make it easy as possible, I respond to texts pretty quick and will hand you off, but Im trying to help the guy out. Tenet Responsible for WATER, SEWER, TRASH,GAS, ELECTRIC, INTERNET/TV/Phone. Gas and Electricity is paid to Excel Energy. Internet its through Century Link (DSL or 1Gig Fiber) or Comcast xFinitiy.
