This beautiful house is only four years old (built in November 2018) and is 3.1 miles from LRAFB. It is fully fenced. It has an outside canopy for entertainment and a sunroom. It has a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops and nice size bedrooms. Pets are allowed with a nonrefundable pet security deposit of $300 first pet ($150 per additional pet). There are no pet size or weight criteria, but bread restrictions apply. If tenants have pets other than dogs and/or cats, please contact us so we can identify and try to accommodate the situation. Tenants are responsible for utilities, yard care, renter's insurance, and a $10 per month HVAC filter fee. Smoking and/or vaping are prohibited inside the house, including the sunroom and/or garage, the penalty of breaking the rule is $1000. Tenants can rent or purchase any furniture, or any items we have at our house. Utilities are not included (electricity, water, and gas bills averaged about $300 per month).
