Tenant(s) have use of the existing appliances in the unit including the refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, washer and dryer and are responsible for repairs as a result of misuse or damage.
The property's wastewater is managed by an underground septic system, tenants are expected to familiarize themselves with appropriate use of this system. At no time is it permitted to flush or otherwise dispose of feminine products, wipes of any kind, grease or food waste through the toilets or sinks.
Tenant(s) are responsible for keeping the outside areas tidy and are not permitted to leave any personal belongings or trash on or in any of the pathways or driveway areas
Tenant(s) are required to keep all trash contained and out of site in between weekly pickup times established by Evergreen Disposal and are responsible for all costs related to disposal.
Tenant(s) are responsible for ensuring visitors park on the blacktop and do not block any other tenants or visitors in or out.
Tenant(s) are not permitted to have any fires anywhere on the property.
Pet(s) are not permitted on the property.

Tenants and guests are expected to refrain from engaging in any activity that could result in bodily injury or damage to property.
