When you enter, you arrive at the mudroom, and the door to enter the apartment is to the right. Once open, you will be at the hallway to get to the kitchen area, and the bathroom will be to the left. It has an open kitchen-dining area that is very spacious. The first room to the right is the second bedroom, which has a queen bed and Smart TV. The second room to the right of the kitchen is the living room, which has two sofas and another Smart TV. Walk straight past the kitchen and dining room area and you will head into the master bedroom. The bedroom is super spacious with a work space, Smart TV, electric fireplace for heat, and a very big and comfortable king-size bed. This property comes fully furnished, with utilities and amenities. As such, the price includes everything (base rent, utilities, amenities, furniture, etc.). Lease duration is anywhere from 1 month to 1 year. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, however, smoking is ok outside, and at least 10-20 yards from the building.
