Aloha: Built in 1988, it was a two bedroom, one bath when purchased and is quite secluded, 1/2 mile off of a "two lane" highway and on a dead end road. I enclosed the carport into a bedroom in 2000. In 2007, I added a 450 sq' screened in porch, plus an extra toilet and an outdoor shower. It is 2 1/2 mostly wooded acres, with a stream, which flows throughout the year, cutting through the property. There are lots of palms, coconuts and quite a few citrus and other tropical fruit trees.
