It is 3 bedrooms (on the main floor), 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs/1 downstairs) with a potential 4th bedroom in the basement (needs egress window). There is a living room upstairs & downstairs as well as a large storage/utility room and 2 stall garage. We enjoyed putting some extra touches in the basement such as a play house under the stairs & sparkly grout with rocks for the shower floor. There are some smaller projects that have not gotten completed as we had liked (as you will notice the kitchen cabinets are not finished).
