Smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. People other than those in the guest's party designated in the reservation may not stay overnight. Exterior cameras are present for security. The property does not have air conditioning, but the mountain breezes provide natural cooling. Check-in and check-out times are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. A rental agreement is required as per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
