FURNITURE INCLUDED I used to rent this house as an airbnb, but want to rent it long term now. I don't want to have to move all the furniture out, but can move out some of it if renters have some of their own furniture they want to use. TVs, Decor, and bedding NOT INCLUDED. Only the actual furniture. Will leave the wall decor because I don't want to spackle and paint. Tenants can replace wall decor there with their own in the same spots but not make new holes on the wall. Washer and Dryer ARE INCLUDED but maintenance will be the responsibility of the tenant as they are in good condition. This is a nearly new, big, spacious house perfect for a family or for friends to share a space together! The Master bedroom is HUGE with a very big on suit bathroom and a very big walk-in closet. Two of the other bedrooms have walk-in closets as well The house is in great condition and the neighborhood is Safe! There is also a neighborhood pool! This location is prime! It's is about 10 minutes to Downtown Greenville while also being right next to the main road in Powdersville, which has Walmart, Aldi, Restaurants, and gas stations, so you will have everything you need just a few minutes away! Pets will be an extra monthly fee! NO SMOKING IN THE PROPERTY! Zillow only let me add ten pictures, but I have more. House is too big to show in only ten pictures. Tenant is responsible for own utilities. No smoking on the property. Pets allowed but will be an extra fee of $50/month. Subleasing allowed with consent from Landlord. Security Deposit of one months rent ($3300) plus first month's rent needed at signing of lease. Security Deposit will be returned at end of stay upon no major damages and completion of all payments. Subleasing is allowed, but I only want to deal with one leaser who makes the payments to me. It will be that leaser's responsibility to collect payment from other renters and then make the payments to me in full each month.
