New bathroom. New lighting, new outlets, electrical switches, etc. A really great place. Curb appeal? not so much! But it is beautiful on the inside. Owner pays water & garbage. The tenant is responsible for the gas and electric. We do require a one year lease. Cats considered. No dogs.
