Additional cost for 2nd person. The home has been renovated within the last 2 years. I do 6-month lease and will renew lease if I feel it is a good arrangement. As of right now all utilities are included. If the utility's get extremely high, I reserve the right to make adjustments to the payments. Only one pet is allowed and tenant is responsible for all cleaning of the pet. pet must be small or no heaver then 25 Lbs. Looking for non-smoking roommate, and that is a must.
