Cats and dogs allowed with a $25 pet rent per animal unless ESA animal. $820 deposit. 40 pound weight limit n on puppers (unless ESA) Willing to leave bookshelf and futon to whoever is interested in this cute little apartment (375 sq ft) Requirements: -must make 3 times rent -$45 application fee - must have rental history -no evictions or convictions. Pet info: -$200 one time pet fee -$100 application - dogs cannot be over 50 lb Application must be filled out at the office not on Zillow sorry.
