Our 3/2 furnished villa has two primary suites each with en-suite shower room on the entrance level and 3rd bedroom suite is upstairs, sleeps 6. The villa has 20' ceilings, transom windows and french doors opening to the covered back porch and is furnished with high end appliances, queen size electric beds, lounge chairs and 8 person dining table. Dedicated parking for 102 Cornet is on the side and front of the Villa. Discounts for longer and extended term leases are offered based on the term. The Pied-a'-terre Owners unit is used for supplies and to host owners or managers needing to provide onsite management. There is no access between the Villa and Pied-a'-terre they are completely separate units accessible from separate driveways. Near by attractions Highlands and the surrounding areas are known for their beauty and tranquility. A big part of the reason is that we're in the Nantahala Forest surrounded by countless acres of unspoiled beauty. We're also known as The Land of Waterfalls. Just some of our local waterfalls are: Dry Falls: a 70- 80 foot waterfall that you can walk under without getting wet! (well, almost) Probably our most popular waterfall in Highlands. Glen Falls: This waterfall has 3 cascades of 60-65 feet, each visible by a steep mountain trail- cool anytime of the year. Lower Cullasaja Falls: This waterfall drops 250 feet and is visible by our scenic Highway 64- not good for white knuckle drivers. Whitewater Falls has a 411 foot drop and is known as the King of all Southeastern Waterfalls its located about 45 minutes from Highlands- but worth the trip.
