Dear diary, today I found my dream house on the MLS. I couldn't believe it! A new construction East Nashville house that has the look and charm of a historic home? Yes! Holy cow 5 bedrooms or 4 bedrooms with an office?? Massive master shower, covered back patio, wonderful laundry/mud room, plenty of storage space! There's not enough room in my diary to even write all of these features down!! The builder even said they can finish it out with fixtures and finishes of my choosing! Plus, theres an option to do a detached 2 car garage or carport. Pinch me! Spring 2024 completion.
