The room available on the second floor was recently renovated with a floating floor, new hardware and window coverings. The room will be available on April 13th. You must be able to pass a detailed background check & provide 3 references. There is a backyard and grill available for use. The rent is $700 with all utilities included! There are two cats and any pets would need to get along well with them. Lease duration is one year. I might consider month to month on a personal basis depending on circumstances but perfect one year duration. No smoking inside whatsoever. Smoking is only permitted on the front porch, backyard or in the garage.
