Note: This policy does not apply to service animals or emotional support animals as required by law. Utilities, water, garbage and internet are not included in rent. Tenant is responsible for setup and payment. Tenant is responsible for lawn care and snow removal, including mowing, weeding, and keeping sidewalks clear during winter. Renter's insurance required. Occupancy limit: Maximum of 2 people without landlord approval. Abandoned property: Any personal property left in or around the premises after the lease ends and the tenant has vacated will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of by the landlord at their discretion, as permitted by Minnesota law. Tenant must report any maintenance issues promptly and return the property clean at move-out.
