It is available furnished, partly furnished or if you have your own furniture we can accommodate that as well. Water, sewer, trash included and up to $200 in electric and gas are included (I'm not expecting utilities to exceed this amount for normal use). The property has 3 homes on it. You have your own private area. The only shared space is the laundry where sometimes we use our ceramic kilns. We are communal oriented people and our friendly with our neighbors. We like to travel, eat healthy home cooked meals, do yoga, meditate, make art and dance. Please no smoking/vaping, pets or drama. Utilities and trash included. Tenant pays for WIFI is needed.
