The condominium is on the top floor of a quiet residential complex. It has been updated with a newly installed Trane HVAC system and new water heater. The room for rent is furnished with a queen bed and a side table, or you can provide your own room furnishings if you prefer. RENTAL TERMS You would share condominium with one flatmate, a single male professional who works outside the condo and travels occasionally. He is quiet, considerate, and a non-smoker. While no cats or dogs are allowed, smaller pets living in enclosures (e.g. fish, hamsters) may be permitted. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed. Additional terms may apply.
