Prefer credit scores above 580. -No criminal history in a background search. --no evictions or landlord/tenant judgements please -Landlord history: current and previous landlord have to verify good payment history and good treatment of the property. (We call landlords and get proof of timely payments) we also check how the tenant treated the property. -Job history: has to have job stability and likelihood of continuing with current job must be high. - tenant must have a checking account and must be okay for the future rent payments to be withdrawn directly with ACH -automatic payments -no pets -no smoking -minimum 1 year lease required $35 non-refundable Application fee per person is charged in order to process the background check (Credit, criminal, and eviction) -landlord takes pride in his property and expects the same thing from the tenants.
