My daughter and I are moving to a new place to so that we can get a dog and keep our cat and we need to rent out this place as soon as possible to help pay for our new rent. We love it here. The neighbors are great. It's such a convenient location. There's a view of the city. The building offers the following: On-site manager (she's very nice), pool, guest parking, and security. My unit has a full size, side-by-side washer and dryer, air conditioning, storage, lots of closet space, and a lanai. I'm sorry about the photos. I should have taken them before I started dismantling things for the move. Some of these were taken after I moved in 2 years ago, most of them just today and it's a mess, but it gives you an idea of what the unit looks like. Each room has its own bathroom. The master bedroom faces the ocean side of the building and has a walk-in closet and fits my king size bed and other furniture easily. The other room is on the mountain side and fits a queen bed and a dresser. I will miss the large kitchen counter top where my daughter and I spend most of our days on the computer working and playing. There's a great cross breeze! The unit is on the 4th floor and our parking stall is close by so you can either use the elevator or the stairs for your convenience. Easy to get on to the freeway. We are right above it, and, yes, it can get a little noisy, but you get used to it and you have the perk of getting the traffic report first-hand. All laminate wood floors throughout the unit. Oh! And 1 pet is allowed, with the building's Board's approval. If approved, you'll need to pay a pet deposit and also get liability insurance. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the Surfview property, including inside the unit! Please rent out our unit so that we don't have to eat ramen for the rest of our days. I'm looking for a long term tenant. 1 year or more to start is okay. Rent is $1950/month. It includes water, cable, and internet. Security deposit is the same as the rent. I have to also disclose that I am a licensed real estate agent. Please have good rental references from current and previous landlords, steady income, a good credit score, and a great attitude.
