This is a Bi-Level home built by MI-homes (I believe) back in 1994. All the bedrooms are large with lots of closet space. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the full bathroom, a vaulted living room and vaulted eat-in kitchen. Downstairs is partially finished, with one large bedroom, a half bath, unfinished utility space/storage area and the one-car garage. The unfinished space could be finished to add to the livable square footage, and the half bath could easily be expanded into a full bathroom. There is forced air gas heat and air conditioning, newer electric stove, dishwasher, refrigerator (2003), garbage disposal (I think 2009), a counter top microwave, washer and dryer. The roof is a 30 year composite shingle that we had put on with a complete tear off of the old roof after Hurricane Ike in 2008. The sliding door was replaced new in 2011. We have quite a big lot, all under grass (no irrigation installed or apparently needed), an old shed, large deck with stairs to the back yard and the prettiest crab apple tree in the front.
