You would have the entire lower floor which is fully furnished and features your own kitchen and living room, 3 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and your own private washer/dryer. We would share the main entrance to the house and the outdoor spaces. We are community and ecologically conscience individuals who are seeking to build community through mutual support and sharing. We are fully vaccinated and would need you to be fully vaccinated as well. We are located in a really cool area of Milwaukie - very close to the river, walking distance to cafes and groceries. Tri met is 1.5 miles away, downtown Milwaukie and Farmer's market is 2 miles away and only 3 miles to the heart of the trendy Sellwood District. Rent would be $1900 plus $200 (for 2 adults and 1 child - $50 per month for each additional person) for utilities which, gas, electricity, water, garbage, wifi, and streaming services including Netflix, Disney, and YouTube TV.
