Qualified service and emotional support animals are welcome in accordance with ADA and Fair Housing guidelines. - Utilities: A monthly utility bill-back will be established to help offset the rising costs of water, sewer, and garbage services. This flat monthly fee ranges from $70 to $90, depending on unit size. Residents are responsible for setting up and paying their own electricity directly with PGE (Portland General Electric).
