The laundry room has a newer washer and dryer and is shared with the apartment upstairs. This is a non smoking apartment. No pets are allowed. There is a large yard with a firepit. Ample parking. Located at the corner of 102nd Street and Lyndale Avenue South there are 3 bus stops at the intersection. The park N ride is less than a mile away. Groceries, Walgreens and Starbucks are down the street. Application fee is $75. We look at your employment history, credit score, prior landlord references and criminal background check. If you have a history of rent collections or evictions this isn't the apartment for you. A full months rent and security deposit are required at the time of lease signing. This needs to be a cashiers check or money order. If the lease term starts on a day other than the first day of the month, a full month of rent will be collected at lease signing and the second months rent shall be prorated. The lease term is for 12 months. Maximum Occupancy is 2 persons. All adult occupants must be on the lease. Tenant pays its share of water, gas & electric which is split 70/30 with the upstairs apartment. The share for this unit is the smaller 30% portion.
