New full kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, vinyl plank floors, new sinks, faucets, led lights in kitchen, new vanity in all three bathrooms and vinyl plank floors, new wall switches thruout, new kitchen, laundry room vents, new bathroom vents, new Kohler toilets, baseboard, crown molding. House has new paints and carpets. Ponderosa Homes built Model B Condo from the late 70s. 2 story, 2BR 2-1/2 bath with enclosed backyard. Both bedrooms are master bedroom suites with attached baths. B models are the end units and mine is surrounded by green belt. Near 163 and 15. Easy access to shopping centers, downtown, airport, ocean and mountains. 2 car garage, patio. All electric kitchen. Attached garage but access thru rear patio, not from inside home. No washer/dryer or refrigerator provided. You have to bring your own. Last 2 years tax returns and W2s required as proof of income. How much should you spend on rent? It depends One popular guideline is the 30% rent rule, which says to spend around 30% of your gross income on rent. So if you earn $3,200 per month before taxes, you could spend about $960 per month on rent. This is a solid guideline, but it's not one-size-fits-all advice. If you live in an affordable area, for example, you shouldn't pass up an apartment renting for $575 per month simply because it's only 18% of your income. On the flip side, sticking to spending 30% on rent isn't always feasible in a place like New York City or San Francisco, where median rents are over $2,000 for a one-bedroom apartment, according to March 2024 data from Apartment List, a rental search service. Renter pays for all utilities. Repairs below $500 paid by tenant. Renter should have their own renter's policy for their personal property and personal liability insurance. No sub-let or joint lease with roommates. Last 2 years tax returns and W2 required for income verification. Will not consider applicants without tax returns and/or W2s. The condo has been fully refreshed. New kitchen, new floors downstairs, LED lights in kitchen, all 3 bathrooms have new vanities with new sinks, faucets, flooring. I will replace 2nd floor carpeting including stairs and landing before move-in and after lease is signed.
