Oak Park Condominiums are 1 block or less from a public park, shopping, dining, entertainment, public transit and more! Just 20 minutes to Downtown Denver and 15 minutes to the Anschutz Medical Campus. The full condo is available to guest as well as 1 reserved parking spot right in front of the condo and free street parking outside the gated entrance. There's a keypad on the door for entry and also a lock-box in case the guest gets locked out. The barbecue grills, pool, playground, parks, etc. are all available to our guest but are shared spaces. Other things to note Aside from being a gated community, we've also added wrought iron screens and a wrought-iron front door for additional safety and security. For anyone with young children or infants, we can offer supplies as needed but they won't be stored at the property. Denver's Windsor Neighborhood sits near the heart of Aurora, CO and has all the benefits of tight-knit suburban community with the added bonus of living close to most of the citys major hospitals and just a short ride to downtown Denver and Cherry Creek. Living in Windsor offers residents an urban feel and most residents rent their homes. In Windsor there are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals and retirees live in Windsor and residents tend to be liberal. Nearby enjoy the Highline Canal, RTD Bus Stops located thru-out the community and the property is only 11 minutes from two major light rail stations.
