    What the owner loves about this home
    I love the accessibility this condo provides to all the happenings downtown. There is so much to do within walking distance, including restaurants and events during every season. The neighbors and other building residents are amazing – I have gotten to know so many others who live here. And one of my favorite things about this condo is the hosting space! Every year, I have created traditions of hosting events, brunches and late-night get togethers. The open concept creates so much space for conversation and multiple places to sit.
