It's located just 1.3 miles from the Old Mill District, the most popular area in Bend for restaurants, shopping, and movies, and the scenic Deschutes River. The space The two bedrooms have queen beds with premium mattresses and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed =. Upstairs has all three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry (including washer and dryer). Downstairs is an open kitchen/living room with a half bath for convenience. The attached one-car garage allows plenty of storage space. In addition to the one car garage, there is parking in the driving and typically plenty of parking on the street right in front as well (unless you have more than 3 vehicles). Enjoy amazing skiing and snowboarding at Mount Bachelor, as little as 30-minute drive from our comfy place. Utilities are not included in but the townhome was built in spring 2022 so it has very efficient heating and cooling systems (unless you leave the door open)! This is beautifully furnished townhome with high quality furniture and appliances as indicated in the pictures. Upon lease signing, a one-month security deposit and a pet deposit are required.
