We bought this condo because it [removed] the best view we could find. We then replaced just about everything in the unit to make it the best it could be. We are a vacation rental company and this unit is a very successful one. From there, once we know the dates you want, we can provide you with the rates. We are a vacation rental that does offer longer term rentals when we have the availability. During the winter, our monthly rates are much lower but since we had to list a price, we had to average it.
