Includes one secure parking space, secure bicycle room by request, utilities, and WiFi.
The master bedroom has a queen Murphy bed with memory foam mattress. The second bedroom is furnished as an office space.
There are 2 Elevators in the building.
This Morse Sq. Condo is across the street from Farmer's Market and Boundary Bay on the water side of the building. What more could you want?

The condo overlooks the train tracks and the new waterfront development.
YES, You will Hear the Train. The trade-off is the view, the water, the sunsets.
