We have two newly remodeled units in the 4 unit complex. The A and B units both have new queen pillow top beds and are newly remodeled, painted, furnished and they both have new appliances, new kitchens and baths. This property is so close to the beach you can walk there in 1 minute. Downtown Ocean Springs is a short walk away too. There are bike you can use while your here too. The neighborhood is top notch and among the safest anywhere. Not too far for KAFB TDYs, we've had many stay with us and they were all happy too. Included is power, water and Wi-Fi. KAFB TDYs are extended special privilege's due to their service, the deposit is not required for KAFB TDYs. The shortest stay is 30 days, please call and tell us about your situation, we want to accommodate you. If you must smoke please smoke outside, wo do not allow smoking in the units. We have a laundry room on the premises and off street parking too, 2 spaces per unit. Leases are 30 days or more. If we know in advance you will be staying here over 90 days we can put that in the lease and the guest can avoid sales taxes, but only if over 90 days.
