Our residents love being so close to campus so that they can run home easily between classes. They also like being close when it's a rainy day. This is an upstairs apartment. The living room windows face the mountain with mountain views. The bedroom has a small balcony facing the ocean. There may only be a glimpse of the ocean due to neighboring properties.
