The other person who shares the place is leaving as early as 6/1. The Lease is for 2 years beginning July 1, 2025. I would consider a 1-year lease. for the person sharing the apartment. There may be a 1-time pet fee paid to the owner of the apartment. The water and sewer bill are quarterly, not bimonthly.
