Towards front of unit. 4) First floor, 9 ft ceilings. Rent break down: $995.00, pest control $3, storm water fee $2, Trash pick up(pick up from your door at night 4x a week), rent service fee $.50 Copying from my bill. Great area. Morrisville, NC.
