    Hello, Seeking to rent our modern home in West Oakland Ca. The home was build two years ago and is basically brand new... I purchased in late 2021 and it has just been built, it has a great iron hand rails inside (artist touch). This property is set on two lots and has an extensive side yard and BBQ area / secure parking / all landscaped and has plenty of landscape lighting etc. Property is wrapped in Redwood and iron, has electric gate (fully automated for parking), and two others entrances. The tenant is a UCSF, pediatric, cardiac nurse (dynamic person / great energy), loves the outdoors, however works long nursing hours (not home much).
