My Apartment has a nice balcony that overlooks the mountains. I have recently painted it with a fresh coat of paint and replaced the hot water heater. The HVAC system was replaced around four years ago. The bedrooms are spacious and one of them would make a great office that has a window to look outside and a closet for storage. Also there is two other storage closets one inside and one outside next to the balcony. The apartment comes also with a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a garbage disposal, sink, dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, pantry, and plenty of cabinets for storage. The complex also has some good amenities including a dog park, basketball court, and grilling area with seating. I am still doing a little more remodel work with the rugs and will be completed by February 5, so if interested please contact me before then to discuss a allowance for a flooring that pleases you.
